Who operates this site
PMCLEAR is operated by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Ontario, Canada. Contact: pmpclear@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a password, handled by Netlify Identity. We never see your password.
- Study progress: which questions you answered, whether they were right, which chapters you opened. Stored against your account so it follows you between devices.
- Payment: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a Stripe customer reference. We never receive or store your card number.
- Without an account: nothing is sent to us. Demo progress stays in your own browser.
Why
To give you access to what you bought, to save your progress, and to answer support questions. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.
Processors
Netlify (hosting, accounts, storage) and Stripe (payments). Both may process data outside Canada.
How long
Account and progress data are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your progress and entitlement records. Payment records are kept by Stripe as required by law.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the address above.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage to keep your progress and settings, and a login session cookie when you sign in. No advertising cookies.
