Refund policy

Try before you buy

The free demo needs no account and no card, so you can see the teaching style before paying.

7-day refund

If PMCLEAR is not what you expected, write to pmpclear@gmail.com within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full. Give the email address you used to pay.

What happens then

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on Stripe, the card network, and your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, full access ends and your account returns to the free demo. Your study progress is kept in case you come back.

After 7 days

We normally do not refund after 7 days, because access lasts 12 months and the material is delivered immediately. If something has gone wrong technically, write to us anyway.

OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: confirm you are comfortable with this 7-day promise before launch, and keep it the same everywhere it is mentioned.
